Ownership of Third-Party Games

Puzzlegame Online is a browser games portal that curates games from multiple developers, publishers, distributors, and content providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, third-party games, artwork, trademarks, logos, characters, audio, and related materials remain the property of their respective developers, publishers, licensors, or other rights holders.

Displaying a game on Puzzlegame Online does not transfer its ownership to us. References to third-party names and trademarks are used only to identify the relevant game or publisher.

Removal and Correction Requests

If you own or represent rights in content displayed on Puzzlegame Online, you may ask us to:

Remove or disable access to a game or related material.
Correct a developer, publisher, or copyright attribution.
Update a game title, description, image, link, or other listing information.
Review content that you believe infringes copyright, trademark, or another legal right.

We review clear, good-faith requests and will take appropriate action when a request can be verified.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@puzzlegame.online with the subject “Copyright or Content Removal Request”. Please include:

Your full name, organization (if applicable), and contact information.
A description of the work, trademark, or other right you own or represent.
The exact Puzzlegame Online URL for each game or item you want us to review.
The action requested: removal, attribution correction, or information update.
A brief explanation and any evidence that helps us verify your authority and claim.
A statement that the information submitted is accurate and provided in good faith.

Incomplete requests may take longer to assess. We may contact you for additional information before changing or removing a listing.

Our Review Process

After receiving a request, we will identify the relevant content, review the information provided, and determine the appropriate response. Depending on the circumstances, we may correct the listing, contact the content provider, temporarily disable access, or permanently remove the material.

We aim to handle legitimate requests promptly, but review time can vary based on the information provided and whether third-party confirmation is needed.
